These easy mango mimosas are sure to please and pamper mom this Mother’s Day. Brunch has never been so tasty and relaxing!
Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate moms and all the incredibly hard work they do. But really, we should toast moms more often. Once a year just doesn’t seem like enough for all the selfless acts, the unconditional love and endless nagging (sorry Mom, I know its for my own good!). So why not toast Mom with something unique like mango mimosas?
Luckily, this Mango Mimosa recipe is so super easy, you can stir it up in under 10 minutes, making it the perfect beverage to serve to mom any time she needs some pampering. Of course, it is perfect for Mother’s Day brunch, so here are the five ingredients you need to add to your shopping list: Prosecco, mango juice, orange brandy, mangos and strawberries.
This recipe can be made by the glass or be served as a punch if you are entertaining a crowd. But keep in mind that the sparkling wine will lose its fizz quickly, so add the bubbles right before serving. Not a problem since it comes together in no time at all. What are the steps? Chill the bubbly, slice a few strawberries, dice the mango, pick a pretty glass and start pouring. See? I told you it was easy. Best news is this cocktail is so elegant, your mom will think you went to a lot of trouble. Don’t worry, it will be our secret. Here’s to you mom!
