I’ve teamed up with a group of awesome food bloggers to bring you the Thrive at Five Meal Plan. Our goal is to help you get homemade dinners on the table, so each Friday we’ll be doing a roundup of recipes to help you plan your week day dinners…and some extras too!
I’m finally home from my adventure to Utah to Nevada to California! Kevin and I arrived home early this morning on a red eye and I cannot tell you haw excited I was to get home to my kitties and my mattress! I’ve had a small nap and am attempting to get back to East Coast time, but let’s just say I’m super sleepy, so please forgive any typos.
But I’ve got the Thrive Five Meal Plan Week 27 here for you despite my fatigue! This week we’ve got Latin inspired dishes, burgers, crunchy chicken (who doesn’t like crunchy food?) and more fabulous recipes. Like the Lamb Kofta recipe from Tania which is seasoned with dukkah! Scroll down to see all the recipes.
What’s happening at Vintage Kitty HQ? Trying to adjust! We got as far as the grocery store and the pet store since returning home. I checked on the plants (most of them made it) and the kitties who were all eager for affection. It’s been a rough few weeks for them adjusting to life without Luna and having us gone, but I hope that the summer will bring us all new found adventures and joy.
I also hope the summer will be filled with new posts on the blog. Please bear with me as I catch up!
