I’ve teamed up with a group of awesome food bloggers to bring you the Thrive at Five Meal Plan. Our goal is to help you get homemade dinners on the table, so each Friday we’ll be doing a roundup of recipes to help you plan your week day dinners…and some extras too!
It’s been a whole week and now I’m leaving again! This time it’s a quick trip to New York to see Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway. But before I take off, I’ve got the Thrive Five Meal Plan Week 28 here so you can plan ahead! This week we’ve got meals that are great for weeknights as well as Memorial Day weekend in case you are looking for some inspiration. I’m very intrigued by Carrie’s onion “bombs” which are wrapped in BACON! Yes please! But we also have lots of grilled meats and a couple great looking salads. PLUS we have one of my favorite berry pie recipes. Get all the recipe links below.
What’s happening at Vintage Kitty HQ? I won’t lie, it was a really hard week. The bug I picked up while traveling had me bedridden by Saturday. I’ve got asthma so I gave up the fight and went to bed once I had almost no voice and was having trouble breathing. I’m finally feeling better now, but still very tired. But I’m sorry to say that our next #diydatenight is behind schedule and won’t be posted until next week…but it’s worth the wait! Stay tuned!
