Are you ready to Spring forward with the Thrive at Five Meal Plan-Week 17? How apropos that week 17 happens to fall the same week as St Patricks Day? And we’ve got you covered. Chellie has a lovely Shepherds Pie and I’m bringing a festive brownie to the table. But there are lots of other great recipes including tacos, soups and a really delicious french toast.
What’s happening at Vintage Kitty HQ? I celebrated International Women’s Day by taking the day off! That meant avoiding social media, not recipe testing, not cleaning or anything else work related. What did I do? For the first time in FOREVER there was time to actually read a book! Usually I just listen to audiobooks because it allows for multitasking, so reading was exciting! I also took a hike on the Appalachian Trail and attended a vigil. It reminded me how important it is to unplug.
