warm water

almonds

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

teaspoon
dried basil
pinch chili flakes

clove
garlic

small shallot

extra virgin olive oil

white wine vinegar

teaspoon
sugar

tablespoons
fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine warm water, almonds, Italian seasoning, dried basil and chili flakes and let soak for 15 minutes.
Place almond mixture in a blender and add in garlic, shallot, olive oil, vinegar and sugar.
Blend until mixture is smooth.
Add fresh parsley and pulse.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator up to one week
