I’ve teamed up with a group of awesome food bloggers to bring you the Thrive at Five Meal Plan. We want to help you get homemade dinners on the table, so each Friday we’ll be doing a roundup of recipes to help you plan your week day dinners…and some extras too!
Happy St Patricks Day! You’ve found a pot of recipe gold here with the Thrive at Five Meal Plan-Week 18! This week I’m super intrigued by Tania’s oven baked fish nuggets and Chellie had me at Thai with her spaghetti squash recipe. Vanessa and Erin also have breakfast recipes so no one can forget that important meal. But everything looks tasty, so scroll down to see all the recipes!
What’s happening at Vintage Kitty HQ? Last week was warm…this week brought wind and winter weather. We got much less snow than expected but considering we are out of practice, it felt like a ton! Luna the Husky was not impressed though! Didn’t even try to shake off the quickly falling snow!
In other news, I got an Instant Pot! So far I’ve made eggs-a total failure and potatoes- a semi-success. Let’s just say that there’s a learning curve! But I’m gonna tackle this appliance that is supposed to be a modern miracle of cooking! Stay tuned because this vintage girl is learning new tricks!
Have you gotten any new kitchen gadgets lately? Tell us about it below. You can also find us on Facebook @vintagekittycom, Twitter @theVintageKitty and Instagram @vintagekittyblog. We love to hear from you!
If you have a moment please share this Thrive at Five Meal Plan-Week 18 post with your friends and family. I’m sure they would love some recipe inspiration!
