I’ve teamed up with a group of awesome food bloggers to bring you the Thrive at Five Meal Plan. We want to help you get homemade dinners on the table, so each Friday we’ll be doing a roundup of recipes to help you plan your week day dinners…and some extras too!
The Thrive at Five Meal Plan-Week 16 looks DE-LI-CIOUS! Totally coveting Tania’s sweet potato feta tart. I love anything in pie form but this tart looks truly spectacular! And for dessert I really want Erin’s s’mores bites! Oh my goodness they look AWESOME! Scroll down to see all the scrumptious recipes.
What’s happening at Vintage Kitty HQ? I started seedlings! One of the most exciting events of the year. So far just tomatoes, sweet peppers, eggplant and some herbs but can’t wait to get my hands in the dirt outside. Ironically, it got cold again so I’ve got all the pots wrapped in plastic one of the cheap greenhouses. They’re on warming mats so I hope they’ll be snug enough to emerge soon.
Also got my yearly eye exam and went shopping for new glasses. I don’t know if I’m just picky, but its always such a difficult experience. Three stores later I finally found a pair I can live with. I mean, you have to see them in the mirror every day! Now you know why I’m not a fashion blogger! LOL! But I’m glad to get new glasses. Seeing is kinda an important part of my job.
